Not sure who to contact, how to contact anyone.
I'm in the western United States, and we've had a lot of power disruption due to the atmospheric river bringing blizzard after blizzard after blizzard. I've been trying to watch the Golden Shears, in order, but ran out of time to watch it before my month was up. It won't let me pay for another 30 days. The only option I have is to pay for a year. I just had the Saturday afternoon and evening broadcast to get through, and I'm bummed that I won't be able to watch those without, now, spending $25 :( I couldn't find any support links
Hi Sasheena
That's a shame, sorry to hear that.
I'll see what I can do in the system, the live streams have gone from that plan now (it costs us $1 a month for everyone to continue to have access) so I can't turn it back on for one person, only turn it back on for everyone which will incur a large bill for us. I'll see what I can do though, there may be a way.
It's not clear in the system if you pay for the year-long plan if you quit, will you get a prorated refund? I guess it wasn't clear that the videos wouldn't be available. I was more than willing to pay for another 30 days if I couldn't get it watched in time. I first watched the golden shears live, pretty much by accident, right before we were locked down here in the United STates. Been waiting anxiously to watch another year. I don't mind paying for another month, but didn't think that the $25 was worth it as I'd only watch the videos the once. No way you guys can post them on YouTube with a private link-only setting? Just curious. I'll admit that the sound quality of the first day was a bit off-putting, so it took me a long time to get through day one.
